How do I point my domain to my hosting?
Log in to your client portal, open your service, and use the nameservers shown there at your domain registrar. DNS changes usually take 2–24 hours to propagate worldwide.
How do I create an email account?
In cPanel, open Email Accounts, choose your domain, set a strong password and create the mailbox. You can read mail in Webmail or connect Outlook and mobile apps with the settings cPanel shows.
WordPress
How do I install WordPress?
Use the one-click installer in cPanel (Softaculous or WordPress Toolkit), choose your domain, set an admin username and password, and install. Your site is ready in about a minute.
How do I back up my WordPress site?
Business and Pro plans include daily backups. You can also download a full backup any time from cPanel → Backup.
Billing
How do renewals work?
Invoices are generated before your renewal date and emailed to you. Pay the invoice and your service continues without interruption. Unpaid services are suspended after a grace period and deleted later — renewal reminders are sent well in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and bank transfer everywhere; M-Pesa in Kenya and Tanzania; bKash and Nagad in Bangladesh; UPI in India. In this phase payments are verified manually by our billing team.
