Hosting plans
New hosting plans can be cancelled within 30 days of first activation for a refund of the hosting fee.
Domains
Domain registrations and renewals are final once processed with the registry and cannot be refunded, because the registry does not reverse them.
Development services
Website development is quoted per project; deposits are refundable until design work begins, as set out in your project quote.
How to request
Open a ticket from your client portal or contact billing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
